If you love banana bread and you love blueberries, here is a delicious combo for you.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Grease the bottom only of 8″x4″ or 9″x”5 loaf pan

1 cup sugar
1/3 cup margarine or butter, softened
2 eggs
1-1/2 cups mashed ripe bananas( 3-4 medium)
1/3 cup water
1-2/3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

Mix sugar and margarine in a large mixing bowl. Add eggs and blend. Add the bananas and water and beat well. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Add the blueberries.
Pour into pan and bake until toothpick comes out clean. An 8″ loaf will take about 75 minutes and a 9″ loaf will take about 55-60 minutes.
Let cool in the pan for 5 minutes. Loosen sides of loaf from pan an turn out to cool.
